Based on the response time we have broadly categorised annual maintenance support contracts into three types.

Prices are based on what equipment is to be covered by the contract and the estimated hours of onsite and telephone support required per month. Contract support customers also benefit from guaranteed response times and priority treatment.

Silver

Platinum
                   Response Time     ASAP (within 4 working hours)

                   Hours In day        24 Hours

                   Days in week       7 days

                  Public Holidays      Included
